The more people we meet and talk to about this disease, the more we discover the growing number around the world who are afflicted by Alzheimer’s disease at a much younger age than we might think as “normal”. As of this writing, there are now people in their 30’s who have been diagnosed. In almost every case, the early onset Alzheimer’s symptoms are strikingly similar. Some of these symptoms are:
1. Difficulties solving problems or paying monthly bills
2. Trouble with directions, often to and from familiar places
3. Mixing up days and times
4. Difficulties with vision and judging distance
5. Putting things in unusual places at home
One of our friends and project Ambassadors, Gary Bricker, is a former attorney who was recently diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s. In the video below, Gary shares one of his experiences with early onset Alzheimer’s Symptoms.
